Creator and Host
Charlotte Bayala is the founder and host of The Cancer Caregiver Podcast, an award-winning show dedicated to helping caregivers care for themselves while caring for someone with cancer. Drawing from more than a decade of personal experience as a cancer caregiver for her husband, Charlotte creates a space where honesty, humor, and healing intersect.
A certified yoga and meditation teacher with over twelve years of experience, Charlotte uses breathwork, mindfulness, and storytelling to teach caregivers how to practice self-preservation instead of self-neglect. Her work has been recognized nationally, earning multiple award nominations, recognition at the International Women’s Podcast Awards, three Women Who Podcast Magazine Awards, and inclusion in several caregiver and wellness summits across the country.
Through her programs, like the Scanxiety Toolkit and Revive in 5, Charlotte empowers caregivers to reclaim their calm, set boundaries, and find breathing space in the middle of medical mayhem.
Her mission is simple but profound: to ensure no caregiver feels invisible or alone.
When she’s not recording episodes or leading corporate wellness workshops, Charlotte speaks at conferences and collaborates with cancer organizations nationwide, advocating for a culture where caregiver wellness is recognized as essential, not optional.
